In short: this website does not ask you for any personal information, sets no cookies and runs no tracking. If you register a camper, you do that on Camp Baggage's or R&B Camp Baggage's own site, and that site's privacy policy applies.

1. Who we are

This policy covers www.campbaggagelgs.com (the "Site"), operated by Camp Baggage Logistics LLC ("Camp Baggage Logistics", "we", "us", "our"). Camp Baggage Logistics is the parent company of Camp Baggage and R&B Camp Baggage.

2. What this policy covers, and what it does not

This policy applies only to the Site. Registrations, payments, accounts and baggage tracking happen on our companies' own websites, and each has its own privacy policy:

When you follow a link from the Site to one of those websites, that website's policy applies to anything you do there.

3. Information we collect

The Site has no forms, accounts or sign-in, and we do not ask you for personal information on it.

Like nearly every website, our web server automatically records basic technical information about each request: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the referring page, and the browser and device type your browser reports. We use these server logs only to keep the Site running, secure and free of abuse.

If you email us (for example at info@campbaggagelgs.com), we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write, and we use them to reply to you.

4. Cookies and tracking

The Site sets no cookies. It uses no analytics, advertising or social-media trackers, and it loads no content (fonts, scripts or images) from other companies' servers.

5. How we use and share information

We use the information described above only to operate and protect the Site and to answer messages you send us. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our customers, our staff or the public. Our web host processes server logs for us under its own confidentiality and security obligations.

6. How long we keep it

Server logs are deleted on a rolling basis, normally within a few weeks. Emails are kept as long as we need them to deal with what you asked about, and as long as the law requires us to keep business records.

7. Security

The Site is served only over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold.

8. Children

The Site is meant for parents, guardians and camps. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children on it.

9. Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you from the Site or your emails to us, and ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to info@campbaggagelgs.com. Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have additional rights under local law; we will honor them as the law requires. For information you gave when registering a camper, contact the company you registered with, or see its privacy policy linked above.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page.
